Wellsville Police arrested Andrew J. Elliott,19, of Andover,
charging him with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class B Felony)
and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class B Felony). The charges stem from an investigation into
the alleged sale of narcotics in October of 2017 in the Village of
Wellsville. Elliott was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh. Elliott was released under the supervision of
the Allegany County Probation Department.
Elliott is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30
p.m. Wellsville Police were assisted by
the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the New York State Police
C-NET.
