Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on February 5, 2018, Deputies assisted New York State Parole with the arrest of Dennis J. Norman, Age 28 of Wellsville, on a New York State Parole Warrant. Norman was located at an address in Willing and taken into custody without incident. Norman was then processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail where he will be held without bail.
