State Police charge two in Cattaraugus County for impaired driving

On Saturday at 12:49 a.m., Troopers arrested Sara Clark, 29 of Ischua, NY, for Driving while Intoxicated and traffic infractions. Troopers said they observed Clark operating a blue Toyota Corolla on Constitution Ave in the town of Olean allegedly in violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.  Subsequent to the stop and interview an odor of an alcoholic beverage was allegedly detected. Clark was taken to SP Olean for processing where she submitted to a breathe test which resulted in a 0.15% BAC.  Clark was released on tickets returnable to Olean Town Court at a later date and time.

On December 8, 2017, Troopers arrested Jacob Hall, 27 of Allegany, NY, for Driving while Intoxicated. Troopers say they observed Hall operating a red Chevrolet Aveo on Five Mile Rd in the town of Allegany allegedly in violation of the traffic law. .  Subsequent to the stop and interview an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected.   Hall was taken to SP Olean for processing where he submitted to a breathe test which resulted in a 0.15% BAC.  Hall was released on tickets's to a third party returnable to Allegany Town Court at a later date and time.
