Steuben County incident leads to arrest of a Whitesville man

Canisteo-based State Police report the arrest of Leonard T. Sherman, 67, of Whitesville. He was charged with 2nd degree harassment with physical contact. Troopers said the charge was leveled following an August 28th incident in West Union. Sherman will appear in court at a later date.
