11/5/17 12:00am- After investigating a dog complaint in the Town of Wirt, State Police arrested Marvin C. Boncore, 63, of Wirt. He was charged with felony aggravated cruelty to animals and 2nd degree reckless endangerment. The blotter indicated he was initially detained on cash bail.
11/4/17 11:35am- State Police arrested Bryce R. Tarbox, 21, of Allegany. He was charged with felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. He was held on bail. The incident occurred November 3rd in Freedom.
11/2/17 1:25pm- During a traffic stop on Route 19 in Caneadea, Troopers arrested Isaac H. Feulmer, 23, of Houghton. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, suspended registration and unlawful possession of marijuana. He'll appear in court at a later date.
11/3/17 2:36pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 31 in Scio, Troopers arrested Suzette L. Chalker, 51, of friendship. She was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. She was released to a third party.
11/4/17 12:19am- State Police arrested Gregory P. Black, 42, of Belmont. He was charged with two felonies - driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was stopped on Route 19 in Amity. Court action is pending.
