Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Sunday October 1, 2017

Wellsville Police arrested Anthony S. Mullin, age 38 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street on September 1st.  Mullin was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Mullin was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Karisa L. Bleeks, age 33 of Wellsville, charging her with Failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine.  Bleeks was located on Rauber Street and taken into custody.  Bleeks was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Bleeks was committed to the Allegany County Jail for 15 days or until her fine of $135.00 is paid in full.

Date: Saturday September 30, 2017

Wellsville Police arrested Jacina M. Johnson, age 25 of Wellsville, charging her with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street in the Village.  Johnson was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.  Johnson was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Date: Friday September 29, 2017

Wellsville Police arrested Lionel C. Carter, age 60 of Wellsville, charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd).  The charge stems from a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village.  Carter was issued a traffic citation and released.  Carter is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 10th at 4:30 p.m.
