BELMONT — Allegany County legislators accepted a purchase offer
from the Allegany County Land Bank Corporation for two tax foreclosure
properties in the Village of Wellsville. The parcels were left over from the
2017 Allegany County Tax Foreclosure Auction. The first parcel, off King
Street, covers 0.77 acres. The second parcel is a 0.68 acre located at 79 Clark
St. The properties are adjacent; the Clark Street parcel is the only street
access to the King Street parcel, therefore, the parcels will be sold together.
