Wellsville Police arrested Mark A. Farmer, age 27 of
Whitesville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on East Hanover Street on September 8th.
Farmer was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Farmer is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 26th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Thomas M. Porchia, age 35 of
Andover, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Following too
closely and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. The charges stem from a motor vehicle
accident that took place on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville,
when the Porchia vehicle struck the back end of a vehicle that was stopped at
red light at the Genesee Parkway and South Main Street intersection. Porchia was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Porchia is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 12th
at 4:30 p.m.
