Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on August
30, 2017, Deputies from the Sheriff’s
Office arrested Justin M. Learn, age 21 of Scio on an Allegany County Violation
of Probation Warrant. Learn was processed and transported to the Allegany
County Jail without bail and is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court
on a later date.
