Debra Mae Sherman, 59, of Wellsville, New York died
unexpectedly of natural causes on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Jones Memorial
Hospital. Born August 3, 1958 in Clarion Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of
Byrd J. and Frances E. Sherman. Deb graduated from Clarion-Limestone High
School in 1976.
After graduation, she worked for Help Mates in Smethport,
PA. She also worked for a couple of newspapers
including the Olean Times Herald. Deb enjoyed fishing, camping, go-cart racing
at the Allegheny Speedway where she sold 50/50 tickets. She loved meeting new
people, country music, baking (especially her Mom's homemade buns), and caring
for others. Deb loved animals, especially her Boston Terrier named Toby. Deb
was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children
Christopher Graves and Nicole (Michael Fischman) of Wellsville, New York and
her pride and joy- 3 beautiful grandchildren, Tamiera Perkins of Bradford PA,
DuWayne Graves and Damien Fischman of Wellsville, NY.
She is also survived by her siblings, Richard (Charlene)
Sherman of Corsica PA, Sherri (Charlie) Dechant of Lynchburg, VA, and Julie
(Dave) Evans of New Bethlehem, PA. And many nieces and nephews. Deb was an
organ donor as she loved helping others while she was here and after her death.
Deb was loved by so many and will be greatly missed!
Her memorial service will be on Saturday, September 23 at a
place and time to be announced on her facebook page.

Home, Bolivar, New York.
