CLARA, Pa.----Carolyn B. Pease, 72, of Clara, passed away on
Thursday, September 7, 2017, in Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, after a
long illness.
Born on July 23, 1945 in Coudersport, she was a daughter of
Kenneth Randall and Martie D. Holter Pease.
Carolyn was a graduate of Oswayo Valley High School, Class
of 1964, Shinglehouse. She was employed
for 46 years at Olean Advanced Products, retiring on September 30, 2010.
She enjoyed cooking.
Her most precious time was spent with her family, especially her
grandchildren.
Surviving are a son, Shane A. (Sheila) Pease of Clara; a
granddaughter, Caitlin P. Pease of Clara; two grandsons, Tyler J. (Heather)
Pease of Shinglehouse and Troy A. Pease of Clara; a brother, Randall “Jack”
(Jan) Pease of Shinglehouse; a sister, Kathryn I. Duell of Coudersport; and
several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was predeceased by two
brothers, Donald Pease and Kenneth Pease; three sisters, Patricia Sherwood,
Charlotte Brooks, and Phyllis Pease; and two half-sisters, Marjorie Pease and
Elaine Gardner.
In keeping with Carolyn’s wishes, there will be no public
visitation or funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Potter County
Relay for Life, Coudersport, PA 16915.
Carolyn’s family has entrusted her care to the Virgil L.
Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
