Wellsville Police arrested Taz J. Cain, age 22 of
Wellsville, charging him with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd,
Resisting Arrest and Harassment 2nd. The
charges stem from an incident that took place on Seneca Street in the Village
of Wellsville. Cain was processed and
arraigned before Town of Independence Judge Howe. Cain was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail. Cain is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 9th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Zackery M. Tesson, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/BAC of .18% or more and No Distinctive Plate Insecure/Dirty. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the
Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville.
Tesson was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Tesson is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on May 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Frank D. White II, age 34 of
Scio, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on the Bolivar Road in
the Village of Wellsville. White was
processed and arraigned before Town of Independence Judge Howe. White posted $2,500.00 cash bail and was
released. White is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
