Wellsville Police arrested Michael J. Rendell, age 44 of
Cuba, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Fail to Keep Right and
Fail to Stop at a Stop Sign. The charges
stem from a traffic stop on Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Rendell
was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Rendell is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on May 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
