Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1:11 p.m.
by Planning & Economic Development Committee Chairman Debra Root.
Allegany County Land
Bank Corporation Board of Directors Appointments
Chairman Crandall plans to appoint the following individuals
as members of the Allegany County Land Bank Corporation Board of Directors for
a two-year term commencing immediately, and expiring December 31, 2018, subject
to confirmation by the Board of Legislators.
H. Kier Dirlam – Belmont, NY
Darwin Fanton – Wellsville, NY
A motion made by Legislator Healy, seconded by Legislator
Jessup, and carried to confirm appointments. Prepare Resolution

There being no further business to come before the
committee, the meeting was adjourned at 1:12 p.m. following a motion by
Legislator Jessup, seconded by Legislator LaForge, and carried.
