· 3/14/17 – Daniel E. Cook, age 46 from Wellsville was arrested for Trespass following a complaint that was filed on 1/26/17. Cook was arraigned in Village Court and released.
· 3/14/17 – Christy L. Garippa, age 42 from Wellsville was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th, both felonies. Garippa was charged after selling a prescription narcotic to agents of the Wellsville Police Department and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force in the spring of 2016. Garippa was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
