The arrest stems from a vehicle stop in the Village of
Belmont where Harrison had a New York State Trailer license plate which was allegedly
forged with blue spray paint to deceive law enforcement. Harrison was processed, transported to the
Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and then released on his own
recognizance. Harrison will reappear in
the Village of Belmont Court on March 15th, 2017 for additional court action.
-2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Joey L.
Traylor, age 24 of Coudersport, PA on a Bench Warrant issued out of Allegany
County Court. Traylor was processed, transported to Allegany County Court where
he was arraigned and then released on his own recognizance. Traylor will reappear in Allegany County
Court on March 9th, 2017 for additional court action.
- Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on March
2nd, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Benjamin J. Edelman, age
39 of Swain on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Edelman was
processed, transported to the Allegany County Jail where he is being held
without bail and will appear in Allegany County Court at a later date for
additional court action.
- On March 2nd, 2017 Deputies arrested Kelly L. Baker, age
47 of Wellsville on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Wellsville
Court for Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree.
The arrest stems from a prior incident when a Hornell Police Department
marked patrol unit was struck and damaged.
Baker was processed, transported to the Town of Friendship Court where
he was arraigned and then released to Allegany County Probation on pre-trial
release.
- Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on March
2nd, 2017 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Rickie A. Moultrup, age
39 of Allentown on an Allegany County Superior Court Warrant. Moultrup was
processed, transported to the Allegany County Jail where he is being held
without bail and will appear in Allegany County Court at the next available
session for additional court action.
