Allegany County Court: Olean woman gets probation in forged check case

From Allegany County court Thursday...
Mary-Jo Ganci, 43, of West Sullivan Street in Olean pleaded guilty to one count of felony criminal possession of a forged instrument. Judge Terry Parker sentenced her to five years probation and directed her to make restitution in the amount of $6,154.50. Ganci was first charged in the 2016 case with eight counts of possessing forged documents, grand larceny, petit larceny and possessing stolen property. The crimes were committed in the Allegany County Town of Hume.
