RESOLVED:
1. That Scott D. Golden is appointed as the Director of Emergency Management (General Government, Grade VI b) for a term of office to run concurrently with the Board of Legislators commencing on June 16, 2025, and expiring on December 31, 2025, with an annual salary of $92,300.
2. That the position of Director of Emergency Management shall have a standard workday of seven hours.

County Administrator Knapp requests a resolution appointing Scott D. Golden to the full-time position of Director of Emergency Management. The appointment shall be effective June 16, 2025, expiring December 31, 2025, pursuant to Local Law 4 of 2024.
