Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Denise L. Cross, age 57 of Friendship, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 7, 2023 on previous Grand Larceny 4th and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th charges. Cross was located by the New York State Police in Friendship and turned over to Wellsville Police. Cross was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Cross is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
