New York State Police Blotter – May 24, 2025
5/24/25 1:09 p.m.-During an incident in the town of
Andover, state police arrested Jacob N. Weber, 23, of Rochester. He was charged
with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th
and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued an
appearance ticket for court.
5/24/25 6:20 p.m.- State police report the arrest of
Clayton William Babbitt, 19, of Belmont. He
was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and
prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage. He was issued a court appearance
ticket.
5/25/25 4:50 a.m.- State police arrested Tyler Kays,
25, of Almond. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner
consent, petit larceny and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was taken to the
Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
