Cattaraugus County Sheriff Report:
On 5/17/2025, at approximately 0155 hours, Steele J. Rajski, 26, of Bolivar NY was taken into custody. Rajski was subject to a traffic stop on Plaza Drive in the Town of Allegany due to multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. Rajski had drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle he was operating and was subjected to a vehicle search. Rajski was found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected Fentanyl, suspected Buprenorphine Pills, and suspected Methadone. Rajski was also found to be in possession of multiple packaging materials and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia. Rajski was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Olean Substation for processing. Rajski was processed and released on an appearance ticket for the following charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (2 counts), Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree, No Seatbelt, No/Inadequate Muffler, and Speed in Zone. Rajski is due in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date for further proceedings.
