Wellsville Police, acting on a Pre-Trial violation Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Danny W. Logue, age 25 of Wellsville, for failure to comply with Pre-Trial conditions with the Allegany County Probation Department. Logue was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Logue was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond or $50,000.00 partially secured bond. Logue is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 15th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Angie M. Matison, age 47 of Almond, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 13th on a previous AUO 2nd charge. Matison was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Matison pled guilty to the charge and was released. Matison is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Rachel E. Simon, age 37 of Wellsville, charging her with Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on East Fassett Street. Simon was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Simon is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
