On April 24th 2025, at approximately 6:55 PM, Officers of the Friendship Police Department arrested Scott A. Messler (38 YO) of Friendship N.Y. Messlers arrest stems from a motor vehicle accident on County Road 1 which led to a DWI investigation. Messler was issued appearance tickets to appear in the Friendship Town Court at a later date and was charged with the following:

Messler is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
