New York State Police Blotter – May 18, 2025
5/18/25 11:25 p.m. – After investigating a disabled vehicle in the town of Independence, state police arrested Jeffrey T. Miller, 37, of Hornell. He was charged with driving while intoxicated as a class E felony. He was processed and taken to the Allegany County Jail to await Central arraignment.
