New York State Police Blotter – May 30, 2025
5/30/25 11:42 p.m.- After investigating a fire in the
town of Andover, state police arrested Kevin L. Cobb, 61, of Andover. He was
charged with third-degree arson (intentionally causing damage), a class C
felony and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was taken to the Allegany
County Jail for Central arraignment.
5/31/25 5:01 a.m.- After investigating a
property-damage accident in the town of Caneadea, state police arrested Heather
N. Luders, 34, of Mount Morris. She was charged with driving while intoxicated
and having a BAC greater than .08%. A court appearance is pending.
