New York State Police Blotter – May 20, 2025
5/20/25 1:47 p.m.- After investigating a weapons
complaint in the village of Bolivar, state police arrested Garrett J.
Schrimmel, 49, of Cheektowaga. He was charged with felony second-degree
criminal possession of a loaded firearm and felony third-degree criminal
possession of an ammunition feeding device. He was taken to the Allegany County
Jail for Central arraignment.
5/20/25 9:40 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the
village of Richburg, state police arrested Deacon M. Phearsdorf, 23, of
Bolivar. He was charged with driving while intoxicated-fire offense and have a
BAC greater than .08%. He’ll appear in court at a later date.
