On May 20th 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM, Officers of the Friendship Police Department arrested a second juvenile of Friendship N.Y. This juvenile's arrest also stems from a vandalism complaint at Island Park. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Friendship Police Department, was processed and then transported to the Allegany County Court for arraignment in accordance with N.Y.S juvenile arrest procedure. The juvenile was charged with the following:
PL 145.10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2nd Damage $1500 or more (D Felony)
The juvenile is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
