Wellsville Police arrested Darryl Harper, age 56 of Wellsville, charging him with 2 counts of Pettit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from incidents that took place at Dollar General on May 12th and May 15th. Harper was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Harper is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 20th a 4:30 pm.
