New York State Police Blotter – May 9, 2025
5/9/25 8:08 a.m.- Following a single-vehicle crash in
Clarksville, state police arrested Sara J. Jones, 36, of Port Allegany, PA. She
was charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense. She’ll appear in
court at a later date.
5/9/25 6:30 p.m.- State Police investigated a
two-vehicle crash in the town of Hume. The drivers were identified as Brian J.
Miller, 44, of Batavia and Julie A. Rizzo, 43, of Wellsville. After
investigation, troopers arrested Miller. He was charged with felony DWI and felony
driving with a BAC above .08%. Court action is pending.
