4/30/25 3:11 p.m. – After responding to the village
of Canaseraga for a larceny from a building complaint. Later, state police
arrested Zachary D. Lubeck, 26, of Angelica and Shelby O’Neil, 28, of Camden,
NY. Troopers charged each with petit larceny. Court appearances are pending.
4/30/25 10:15 a.m.- On November 18, 2024, state
police investigated a complaint in the town of Corning. On Wednesday, state
police arrested Ann Marie Szathmary, 24, of Hammondsport. She was charged with
felony second-degree assault with intent to cause injury to a police officer, firefighter/EMT
or nurse. She was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. She was
transport to the Steuben County Jail for Central arraignment.
