After an investigation, the New York State Police Narcotics Unit arrested Karissa D. Hurlburt, 25, of Wellsville, New York. Hurlburt was arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, both felonies. Hurlburt is accused of selling suboxone to another person, in the Town of Wellsville. Hurlburt was processed then released to reappear in the Town of Wellsville Court at a later date.
Due to recent bail reform laws, the above charges do not constitute bailable offenses.
