Born October 28, 1935, in Potter
Brook, PA, she was the daughter of Donald R. and Annabelle Snyder Baker. On January 30, 1952, in Eldred, PA, she
married Earnest H. Briggs, who predeceased her on September 6, 2019. She was employed in the restaurant and
catering business.
Surviving are: four children, Linda May (Chris) Longoria,
Anna (Sam) Dillard, CeCelia Joan Guillot, and Ernest (Pam) Briggs, III; 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Franklin C. (Susan) Baker of
Coudersport, PA; nieces and
nephews. In addition to her husband, she
was predeceased by two brothers, William L. Baker and James D. Baker; a sister, Alberta Lame; and two sons-in-law, Milton Guillot and John
Cormier.
