FILLMORE - Charlotte M. Frederick, of 11198 Route 19, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at the Olean General Hospital, following an illness.
Charlotte was born on January 15, 1949 in Olean and was a daughter of Arthur Richard and Louise Glendora Smith Frederick. She was formerly married to James Bishop.
Charlotte was a 1967 graduate of Portville Central School. She enjoyed reading and shopping at the big box stores including Walmart and Ollies for hours. Charlotte was an avid Buffalo Bills football fan.
Charlotte is survived by; her loving companion of about 25 years, Robert G. Collopy of Fillmore; a daughter, Kimberly A. Lounsbury of Olean; 4 grandchildren, Nathan W. Hitchcock, Kristin D. (Jordan) Griffin, Melodie F. Hitchcock, and Hannah S. Davis; 11 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Arthur Frederick, Jr. and Gary Frederick; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; a former son-in-law, James Hitchcock, Jr.; and a close friend.
There will be no services at this time. A Memorial Service will be held at the
convenience of the family. Arrangements
