1/8/21 4:16pm- During a traffic stop in the Village of Warsaw, state police arrested Randy D. Morse, 53, of Angelica. He was charged with first-degree driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket for court.
1/8/21 9:55pm- During a traffic stop, Canisteo-based Troopers arrested Edward C. Dougherty, 62, of Hornell. He was charged with felony DWI, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and misdemeanor DWI. He'll appear in court at a later date.
