Pennsylvania State Police have formally charged via criminal complaint 18-year-old Christian Michael Siebert of Austin. The charges were the result of a traffic stop December 2, 2020 in Genesee Township. The charges are:
Magisterial District Judge Kari A. McCleaft has scheduled a preliminary hearing for February 4th at 10 a.m.
