Independence Police report a one car accident at 2:00 p.m. Sunday on County Road 22 near the Casey Road, Town of Independence. Bryce R. Pruden, 21, of Dansville, NY was identified as the driver. Pruden was issued traffic tickets for speed not reasonable or prudent, move from lane unsafely and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He is due to appear February 24, 2021 in Independence Town Court.
