On Thursday January 7,2021 at 11:27 p.m. the Andover Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on State Route 21. The driver of the vehicle, Tracy McGraw, 31, of Wellsville was transported by Andover Ambulance to Jones Memorial Hospital and later transferred by MTS to Strong Memorial Hospital. The accident is believed to have occurred around 9:35-9:55 p.m. and remains under investigation. The accident was discovered by an alert D&J Tow Truck driver that spotted the driver of the vehicle on the side of the road. Andover Police were assisted on scene by the Andover Fire Dept., the Andover Volunteer Ambulance Corps and Medic 100.
