Residents of Alma, just to remove any lingering doubts, rest assured that the fire contracts have been signed by both department's and turned back into the clerk. As for the town signature's, I have no idea when they will be signed or when payment will be made. The departments are staffed with unbelievably dedicated volunteer's and there will be no time when our service will be interrupted because of this. Remember that if you think need the fire department or an ambulance call 911, your local volunteers will be there.
