Wellsville Police
arrested Thomas S. Bahr Jr, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment
2nd. The charge stem from an
incident that took place on Elm Street on June 6th. Bahr was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Bahr was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later
date.
