11/19/20 10:37pm- During a stop in the Town of Scio, State Police arrested Melissa A. Farley, 37, of Scio. She was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs with a previous conviction on the same charged within ten years. She was also charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, having a permanent revocation. She was released on her own recognizance.
