11/12/20 no time- State Police a larceny complaint filed Obtober 28, 2020 in the Town of Belfast. As a result, Troopers arrested Dennis A. Smith, 62, of Holland, NY. He was charged with felony third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal trespass.
