Wellsville DPW crews got busy Wednesday and decorated Main Street with wreaths and halos. It's getting to look a bit like Christmas and some festivities are being planned to take place on Nov. 28th along with the official lighting of the Fantasy of Lights courtesy of the Lions Club.
