Monday, Wellsville Police arrested Brennan M. Dean, age 19
of Bolivar and an 18-year-old Wellsville youth, charging them each with Petit
Larceny and Conspiracy 5th. The charges
stem from an incident that took place at Giant Food Mart on April
12th. Dean and the youth were issued an
appearance ticket and released. The
youth is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 26th at 4:30 p.m., and
Dean is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 2nd at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wellsville Police arrested a 15-year-old
Wellsville youth, charging him with Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest. The youth was petitioned to appear at the
Allegany County Probation Department at a later date.
