Potter County woman charged with felony child endangerment, DUI and drug possession

A Potter County woman faces numerous charges after being stopped on North Genesee Street in Genesee Township. Pennsylvania Troopers arrested 56-year-old Kim Emmel of Ulysses. She was charged with four subdivisions of DUI, felony child endangerment, careless driving and drug possession. Troopers said they were in the area investigating the report of a potentially endangered infant. During the stop state police said Emmel possessed methamphetamine, marijuana and various drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed in District Court.
