1/11/20 1:03pm- Following a fraud complaint filed January 3rd, State Police arrested Laura L. Schwanz, 54, of Belmont. She was charged with felony first-degree filing a false instrument with intent to defraud and misdemeanor welfare fraud. Schanz will answer the charges in village of Belmont court at a later date.
1/11/20 8:35am- State Police arrested Teasha K. Boyd, 19, of Whitesville. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. Troopers arrested her on State Route 19 in the Town of Willing.
