Noyes Welcomes New Director of Imaging

DANSVILLE - Brian Cohen, Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA), joins UR Medicine | Noyes Health as Director of Diagnostic Imaging, overseeing Noyes’ radiology services team at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY, and at Noyes Health Services in Geneseo, NY.

Mr. Cohen was Clinical Supervisor of MRI at UR Medicine in Rochester, managing the University’s MRI technical staff and development of imaging protocols, policies and procedures in coordination with imaging departments throughout the UR Medicine system.
Mr. Cohen is Board-certified specialist in and has worked as an MRI and Nuclear Medicine Technologist, as well as a PET Applications Specialist. He earned a BS in Nuclear Medicine Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology, and currently is working toward earning his Master of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.

"We are happy to have Brian joining Noyes, particularly now as we anticipate the installation of a new-to-Noyes PET/CT scanner and, in the next several months, begin converting our current radiology space at the hospital in Dansville into E. Michael Saunders Imaging Services," says Noyes President and CEO Amy Pollard, "His technological and management expertise will be invaluable as we expand the imaging services we offer."

UR Medicine | Noyes Health’s current radiology services include digital X-ray procedures, CT (often called CAT scan), Nuclear Medicine testing and DEXA (bone densitometry), obstetric and general digital Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and digital Mammography, as well as image-guided interventional procedures.

E. Michael Saunders Imaging Services, with a new interventional radiology suite and PET, is expected to open in newly renovated space at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville by the end of the year.
