ONE AT-LARGE MEMBER TO THE ALLEGANY COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION

RESOLVED:
1. That Judith D. Hopkins of Fillmore, New
York, and Karl Graves of Wellsville, New York, are reappointed to the Allegany
County Soil and Water Conservation District Board as Legislative Members, with
term of office commencing January 1, 2020, and expiring December 31, 2020.
2. That Rodney K. Bennett of Fillmore, New
York, is reappointed to the Allegany County Soil and Water Conservation
District Board as an At-Large Member, with a term of office commencing January
1, 2020, and expiring December 31, 2022.
ACCEPTANCE OF STATE
GRANT-IN-AID FOR THE ALLEGANY COUNTY FEDERATION OF SNOWMOBILERS, INC.; APPROVAL
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF ALLEGANY AND ALLEGANY COUNTY FEDERATION OF SNOWMOBILERS,
INC.

WHEREAS, the Allegany
County Federation of Snowmobilers, Inc. (Federation) in conjunction with the
County submitted a grant application to the New York State Office of Parks,
Recreation and Historic Preservation for funding to undertake snowmobile trail
development and maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the New York
State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation approved said
submission for the 2019-2020 fiscal year of the Snowmobile Trail Development
and Maintenance State Grant-in-Aid with an award of $113,004, and
WHEREAS, the
County desires that such snowmobile trail development and maintenance be the
sole responsibility of the Federation, and
WHEREAS, the County
desires to enter into an agreement with the Federation to set forth the
County’s role and limit its liability relative to the performance of the terms
and conditions of any grant award from the New York State Office of Parks,
Recreation and Historic Preservation under the above described grant
application, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED:
1. That the
amount of $113,004 from the New York State Office of
Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation
State Grant-in-Aid funds is accepted.
2. That the Agreement between the County
of Allegany and Allegany County Federation of Snowmobilers, Inc., is approved.
3. That the Chairman of this Board is
authorized to execute said Agreement.
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH COMSOURCE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
MICROSOFT EXCHANGE ONLINE PLAN

RESOLVED:
1. That the Agreement
with ComSource for the purchase of a Microsoft Exchange Online Plan with
installation and migration services is approved.
2. ComSource will provide Microsoft
Exchange Online at an initial cost of $26,927.75 and the cost of professional
services which includes installation, implementation, migration, and
documentation is $15,120, with the cost being spread out year-to-year as a
subscription service.
3. That the Director of Information
Technology shall be authorized to execute and receive any and all software,
equipment and services from ComSource.
