13. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District authorizes
management to deposit $1,100,000 into the Capital Reserve Fund from undesignated fund balance for the purpose of financing construction, reconstruction, improvement and equipping of school buildings and facilities; such capital costs being of a type that would be eligible for financing under the local finance law, and costs incidental, thereto.

14. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education of the Wellsville Central School District approves switching from Academic Honors to Latin Honors. The Latin Honors format will become effective with the Class of 2025.
