Wellsville Police arrested Latoya A. Zeh, age 31 of Andover, charging her with Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony) and Petit Larceny. The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that took place on West State Street in August of 2019. Zeh was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Zeh was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond. Zeh is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 15th at 4:30 p.m.
