Obituary: Thomas G. Harris Jr., 74, Harrison Valley

Thomas G. Harris, Jr., 74, of Harrison Valley, PA, died Saturday, October 5, 2019 in his home.  Born December 25, 1944, in Camden, NJ, he was the son of Thomas G. and Anna Bender Harris.  A Vietnam War Veteran, he served honorably with the US Air Force from 1968 – 1971.  A graduate of Milton College, Milton, WI, he earned a degree in business management.  He was employed by Ford Motor Company in Buffalo, NY, Merrill Lynch in Buffalo, NY, and the NJ Department of Corrections, retiring in 2000.  Surviving are:  his mother, Anna B. Harris of Wellsboro; two sons, Thomas (Caroline) Harris, III of Jersey City, NJ and Jason (Amy) Harris of Warrington; a brother, Robert Harris of West Bloomfield, MI; and nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his father.  There will be no visitation or service.  Burial will be in Shiloh Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery, Shiloh, NJ.  Memorials may be made to the Patterson Cancer Center, c/o UPMC Cole, 1001 E.
